La Dimonty is pleased to offer our customers with a one year warranty on jewelry purchased through our website.
The jewelry warranty and service policy will remain available to each client who purchases from La Dimonty website from the date of purchase.

The following conditions apply.

1. The warranty applies from the date the customer receives the goods for the first time. La Dimonty guarantee all our karats 21K or 18K gold with diamonds, precious, semi-precious stones or zircon. This is a one-year warranty certificate for maintenance not for misuse
2. The warranty does not cover loss or theft of the jewelry in part or its entirety.
3. The warranty does not cover re-sizes.
4. If a defect is discovered, the jewelry must be returned to La Dimonty for inspection. La Dimonty alone will determine if the defect is due to normal wear or extraordinary circumstances.
5. Any jewelry re-sized or altered in any way by a 3rd party not under the ownership of La Dimonty without the authorization of La Dimonty, will forfeit the warranty.
   If it is determined that the jewelry has been damaged outside the bounds of the warranty, due to unusual or extreme wear or use, the customer will be held liable to pay for all repairs.
6. La Dimonty will report to the customer any necessary repair required, prior to implementing the repairs. La Dimonty will be sure to inform the customer if the repair does or does not fall within the bounds of the warranty.

This page sets out the legal terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) under which La Dimonty. or its relevant affiliated company (“we” or “us” or “our”) in your territory of residence sell any of the products (“Product(s)”) listed on this website (“Website”) to you (“you”). These terms and conditions are subject to change by us at any time without notice, and accordingly, you must review them before undertaking any new purchase. We seek to comply with international standards in distance-selling and e-commerce at all times and if you have any concerns, please contact us.

Your order

By placing an order for Products through our Website, you are confirming that you intend to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of those Products. You place the order for your Products on the Website by clicking the ‘Place Order’ button at the end of the checkout process. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed (which includes providing us with a valid phone number email address). We will then send you an email confirming receipt, the details of your order and the delivery costs which will be added to the purchase price (if applicable).

We reserve the right to change prices of the product from time to time, in the cases of applying promotions or offers on the Products, or if the Products are incorrectly priced. If the actual price of the Products  is higher than the price of the Products at the time of ordering, we shall contact you for your instructions regarding the purchase prior to accepting the purchase from our side. All our prices include any VAT. Any VAT or sales tax or any other similar taxes or charges are applicable under the prevailing law.

Please note that neither completion of the online checkout process nor our confirmatory email constitutes our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only upon successful dispatch of your order.  You can review the orders you have placed and their current status at any time by visiting our Website and clicking on “Log In” at the top of the page followed by selecting “Track Your Order”.

If we cannot supply you with the Products you ordered for whatever reason, we will not process your order and will inform you of this. This may be due to the Products being out of stock or incorrectly priced. If you have already paid for the Products, we will provide you with a full refund on the card used to make the purchase as soon as reasonably possible. We shall not be held liable for any delays in the refund process due to bank procedures.

Delivery

We can only process orders for delivery within countries in which we are permitted to sell the Products. You may opt for the Products to either be delivered to your address or an address of your choosing.

Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of Products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. Parcels may only be opened after accepting & paying for your order when you opt for the cash on delivery payment option.

We will try our best to either deliver the Products to you by the estimated delivery/collection date set out in our order confirmation email.   If we are unable to meet our estimated delivery/collection date, we will contact you as soon as we can with a revised estimated date

If you have selected delivery to your address and no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, our delivery company will contact you to arrange re-delivery. The Products will only be left with a third party (such as building caretaker or a maid) with your express authority.

All risk in the Products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

·         If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to La Dimonty within 30 days from the date of receipt.

·         All products to be returned must be unused, with original tags and labels, and in their original box and packaging using the original invoice.

If you order a Product as a gift, we may offer you the opportunity to add a gift message to your purchase. If you choose to use the gift message service, you acknowledge and agree that:

·         The gift message you instruct us to send on your behalf to a third party will not contain anything which could be construed as harassing, threatening, vulgar, abusive, obscene, defamatory, racist or which may cause embarrassment or distress to any person, or which is otherwise unlawful or objectionable.

·         You will not impersonate any person, including but not limited to any of our employees or customers.

·         You are entirely responsible for the text and other content of your gift message, and we accept no liability for any such content.

·         We do not pre-screen messages, but may monitor content from time to time for the purpose of guarding against unlawful or inappropriate gift message; and

·         We have the right to refuse to send messages and to terminate access to the gift message service at any time and without liability to you.

Promotional offers

From time to time, we may make available promotional offers on the Website and in such cases specific terms and conditions will apply.   Such offers may be time-limited, and orders may not qualify if they have not been fully processed by you within the stated time period. Promotions where you are eligible for a free item (e.g., buy one get one free), only apply to qualifying items displaying the offer message on their product information pages, and unless the promotions indicate otherwise, apply to the lowest-priced qualifying item. Our products’ expected lifetime is from 5 to 7 years (including warranty period)

“Product’s expected lifetime” is the shortest period of time during which we guarantee the availability of spare parts and maintenance (including the warranty period), and the operating period can extend to a much longer period of time.
